Do you know the website for this?

My grandma was watching an infomercial and saw this website where you could buy a machine to make a story book. The machine binds it and it comes with the paper and everything you need to make a story book.
She also said that there was a “4″ in the website name.

Is this a binding contract?

Susan
Level 1
contract law?
I signed a contract with a datings service. Less than three days later, they said they lost the signature page and asked me to resign. I didn’t resend them anything and no service has been provided to date. However, they did hound me to send them the signature page again. Because they were so unprofessional, I decided I didn’t want to proceed and told them not to expect anything from me. 3 weeks later, the manager of the service called me and said she found the signature page and that I was obligated to use their service. BTW, when I signed the original contract she said she would send me my copy because the copy machine was broke…I know…dumb on my part. Since I have in writing that they said they didn’t have a contract….am I still bound by this contract? I did subsequently send them a certified letter after she said she “found the signature page” and said I was exercising my 72 hr. window for cancellation.

So, I bought a tattoo machine online, I just got it, pieced it together and everything but it’s still not working! The power supply works, I loaded the needle, grip, and plastic tube. The front spring was originally not touching the contact screw so I did take out the front binding post and reversed it so that it touched the contact screw (now it is directly above the front spring) but it still does not work for some reason! I can feel the gun getting warm when I turn it on but the needle doesn’t move… am I doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

*Smartass responses will be ignored, I’m not planning on inking my friends or anything, I just wanted to see if I could do it.

I’m designing a project for my engineering glass, and one of my ideas was to have something similar to the video linked below, at 16 seconds.

I was wondering how to imitate this, like are the two tracks bound by an elastic string ? How does the marble trigger it to release and complete the track? I’d really appreciate some input !
