Hi there.

Okay, I just joined a gym in hopes to shed some unwanted body fat, to tone my muscles more, and to build more muscle. I’m also using protein bars and drinks to help improve my muscles and I’m trying to eat healthier and in smaller servings. (Meats, vegetables, fruits, grains, Ect.)

I consider myself an active person. I love to play sports, (especially Football (Skol’ Vikings!) and Basketball), I joined all the PE classes possible in High School, I love to take walks, and I just love the feeling of an adrenaline rush.

Previously before I joined the gym I worked out on my upper-body. I’d basically just work out for 30 minutes using Dumbells, an EZ bar, and a Coil-bend bar using them in multiple positions 2-4 times a week for about a month or two. I didn’t do much on my lower-body because it’s stronger than my upper-body, I was already in gym class, and walking to each class throughout the school year is a good workout.

Anyways, to the basics. I’m 18 years old. I’m 6′4″ and 290 lbs currently. I’m in between muscle-bound and fat-bound. I’ve got good reflexes and I can react fast. I’m not fast at running, but I’m not slow at it either. I have a strong, thick chest, noticable biceps and shoulders, and strong and built lower legs. I also have a gut, a weak stamina, fat upper legs, fat in my arms in the tricep area, and a butt that sticks out somewhat.

Anyways, sorry to keep you reading, lol. Okay my question(s) is/are what are some good workouts to go with my body? What machines and free weights would fit me best to tone up my mentioned body areas I’m having trouble with, and do you have any workout gym tips I should know of? (I know you should stretch, not overdose on the water, and you shouldn’t over-strain your muscles in a workout.)

ISC BIND = Internet Software Consortium’s Berkeley Internet Domain Daemon

BIND is a simple UNIX (originally, now ported to many other platforms) daemon which can perform lookups in a simple database to either a) provide the Internet Protocol numerical address of a named host, or b) do a reverse lookup, wherein the IP address is known, and the host name(s) at that address are retrieved. This service is called Domain Name Service (DNS), and has specifically been a feature of Internet operation since the early days of the DARPAnet, but it is an analogous function to that previously provided in other network architectures, such as IPX and NetBIOS. The advantage of DNS in networks is that people seem to be much better at remembering host names, than they are at remembering numerical addresses, so that providing a nearly automatic mechanism for resolving host names to numerical addresses provides easy navigation of the Internet for human beings. It also provides a means of automatically announcing the presence of new hosts on the network to interested parties, and of changing the addresses of current hosts, as the topology of the network changes, or as hosts are moved, physically or logically, within the network.

BIND has the further advantage of being both hierarchal, and essentially decentralized, in that while a small number of “root” server machines are set up as the small end of the authoritative name space tree, they can quickly influence the contents of a nearly infinite number of subordinate BIND servers, by a process of intelligent caching of database records by subordinate servers, according to scope of authority and time-to-live information contained in the database records themselves. This means that the work of looking up and resolving addresses and domain names can be efficiently shared by thousands of machines running BIND, and that decentralization of the DNS is achieved, thus promoting efficient, robust operation of the Internet, as a whole.

wow! thats alot of cards! and first of all if your son really need sthese cards? i mean like its pretty random! you should give him a starter deck then he can build his dech by searching cards that go with it…

there are many different machines available which one do you need help with – try searching for manuals online

I have an Ibico Ibibaby 2 in 1 and found the instructions online – if this is what you have then maybe I could help but I only know how to do the plastic comb binding.
