i ordered it few days ago. im not a beginer, but not a pro.i know trapeze and those similar tricks.i also know a few offstring tricks.
i really wanted this yoyo and its coming in few days time.
if im not mistaken, the yoyo does need bind?
anyway, what do u think.

i also posted few minutes ago a question and got 0 responses. i asked about henrys yoyo and if they are good.
i was wondering coz i cant find any videos on u tube with them in use.
i get the impression that they are not that good yoyos

The Grind Machine is a very good yoyo.
Yes, it does need a bind to come up. The bind is necessary for advanced play. Here’s a tutorial on how to bind.

Did you order the Plastic Grind Machine or the Metal one?
They are both pretty good.
The PGM is more suitable for your level while the Metal one is more of an advanced-expert yoyo.
Either way, you bought an excellent yoyo.

Power Bond should be used rather than Polymerization.
There are too many tribute monsters, and Cyber Ogres aren’t that good in this deck. Its okay, but not great.

I am a sewing machine mechanic and I run into all kinds of problems but these ZZ machines are tough to figure out ! First of all, our ZZ’s are set up with core edge folders and and we run material anywhere from 1/64 to 3/16 thick. Now combined with the binding thats pretty thick! The thicker the material the more the thread flags and skips on the right side. I know that putting pressure on the foot and rising the needle bar along with timing the hook as close to the eye of the needle as possible helps, but there has got to be a better way. I am looking for any ideas I could try.

Try a thicker needle and loosen the tensions . Some times the needle is too small and bends slightly to miss picking up the bottom thread . You may have a ballpoint need;e in there from doing wool or nits . They are not sharp enough for thick material .

I want to use different fabrics and stitches for decoration and I want to be able to embroider with it and do a hem binding like for t shirts and stuff. Do I want a serger or a sewing machine? I heard that singers are crappy now that I should buy viking or beringer? I that true?

Serger for hem binding (be sure it has a safety stitch)

Embroidering machine for specialty patterns.

A 1 or 2 needle straight stitcher

An off the arm (Feld-lok) machine

The ONLY way you are going to pull that off is to buy used or surplus, and then you are only going to be buying someone else’s headaches. Juki (Union Special), Brother, Yamata and Con-Sew are the best made..all the others are TRASH, including Singer.

It’s called a “reel”, it pulls the grain toward the machine so the cutter-bar (sickle) can cut the stalks off.
Circa 1890s technology.

Why do precious lives go to war? I can’t find the manual…so I’m getting really frustrated.
I’m trying to sew netty stuff ….tool (sp??) ..to an elastic band type thing. It’s really hard to do without th problems I am having. I wound a new bobbin to match my thread up top..bobbin wound just fine.
I threaded my machine correctly I have checked it again and again …but what happens is…I sew for a few seconds and everything is ok..then its gets all bound up and there’s like a million threads coming from the bobbin area!! they are all tangled and thick and its ruining the project..which btw is a tutu if someone has a better way to do this (for my daughters dance class) I figured I could just sew the material to the band while stretched out and when it was relaxed the material would just bunch up on its own…lol no???

Sounds like the tension on the machine is not set correctly for what you are sewing. Some times if you use tissue paper on the top and bottom of the sewing, after you have stretched the elastic and pinned down the tulle. Stretch as you sew through the paper and the elastic and the tulle and the top paper then the paper will just pull off.

There is another way to do those skirts though. Using the tulle approx 6 inches wide and twice the length you want the skirt (6″x24″). Just bunch up each piece and actually tie it around the elastic. The two ends of the tulle. will make the skirt.You will need to adjust your length to accommodate the amount of tulle that is used in the actual knot. Quick, easy, no sewing and is cute. Ends of tulle can be left straight, pinked, or pointed. You can decorate the ends of the tulle with beads, or feathers, cute cute cute.
Elastic can have ties added, velcro or a button/snap.
