I want to create a special case the dimensions of a DVD case for a video game. I want it to look like a leather-bound book, with embedded gold typography and emblem.

I have no idea how to do this, though. Any suggestions? If I could just find out a way to embed the gold text and emblem, I think I could manage, but that’s the most difficult part. How do I do that without an expensive machine?
