Question by DP08: how do you slim your body the fastest?
I am 254 lbs at 5′6 but want to be 150 lbs. I have been cutting back and adding protein to my diet(special k protein water) along with exercise but I haven’t slimmed much.
How can I slim up noticeably within 1weeks time without supplements, being stacked with muscle, steroids, and no machines unless it is a bike.
I want to slim down to be healthier and lifting weights will only make me look like a huge football player.I don’t want a huge muscle bound body I would rather be small nimble and fast besides be short and muscle bound would make me look weird.
I don’t want supplements because they are dangerous and nothing else is working at this point. I at least want to loose more than 1lb a week.

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio!
That means getting your heart rate up
and a good sweat going for at least 1/2 hour.
Walk, run, bike, dance, stairs, ski, etc…
Your a good size right now, I would advise getting
doctors okay on any new work out routine!
Get up and JUST DO IT!

I am working for almost 6 years in “Al Bitar Glass Factories”, Dammam- Saudi Arabia, in different position as Mechanical Engineer (CNC or any glass processing machineries) and Production Supervisor. I have rich experience in Installation, Operation, Maintaining and Operating of glass fabrication machineries like Bending, Tempering, Bending with Tempering, Beveling, CNC Cutting and Engraving machines (Master Edge, Master Maxi, Intermac-Italy etc.). I have good knowledge and working experience in Computer (troubleshooting, programming graphics design, CAD drawing, PLC Programming, and Project-presentations etc.) and Electrical (all electrical parts and motor re-binding), Measurement, Quality, Production and Administer.

You need go to some of the automotive plants, you qualification are very impressive but it’s still not going to be easy thing to do but it can be done, you are going to have to go their and apply and the best places to go is Torino to the Fait plant or to Milano to where the other plants are you might be able to look these up on the internet.
