Question by Alicia B: Dose anyone know why when I use my sewing machine it binds up and makes big loops of thread on the back side?
I have a singer sewing maching and when I use it, it makes big loops of thread on the back the front looks like your doing good?

Answer by Ashley S
It could be that your thread tension setting are off. If you check the owners manual, it should tell you what they should be set at. If that doesn’t work I would take it back or contact Singer and see if they have any suggestions.

Question by rkk3376: the needle on my necchi sewing machine binds against something in the bobbin mechanism. how can i fix this?

Answer by Angie
U might have the wrong needle for the material u r using. U might even be using the wrong type needle for the machine. Not the case, have u re-thread your machine and redone your bobbin. If so a piece might have broken off in the bobbin area. Could be a piece of needle, r some clumps of thread. U might have to end up bringing it in to get service r call a sewing service repair person for a home visit. If u continue to sew like that u might have to pay more to get it fix by breaking something else. good luck.
