my wife recently had a baby and i put on some weight after my son was born,i loved working out before and we just recently bought a house so i can set my weights back up, im really not into cardio what im wondering is how should i start back lifting? i want to lose about 40 pounds but i want to stay big muscular not big as fat i have 2 45 bound bars 500 pounds worth of weights a curl bar a bench two dumbells and a pull down machine,maybe someone could give me a routine i could start back on to get my body used to lifyting again. my problem is i seem to overdo it the first day and burn my body out, any help would be much appreciated

If you want to loose weight then freekin work out like you used too! i think im getting so tired of answering idiot questions! ur an idiot!
