you’re sewing a child’s nylon jacket. You notice the fabric frays easily. Which would be your best buttonhole option?
A. Bound buttonhole
B. Jetted and piped buttonhole
C. Machine-stitched worked buttonhole

I think I’d put snaps on instead…otherwise use the iron on tape so it doesn’t fray while you’re working the buttonhole.

I would use snaps or hook and loop.
piped, the extra reinforced seams would alleviate from fraying…for second choice, i would try hand-stitched, delicate fabrics sometimes call for a more delicate touch.
