Power Bond should be used rather than Polymerization.
There are too many tribute monsters, and Cyber Ogres aren’t that good in this deck. Its okay, but not great.

i would giv this 3/10. first off, ditch the cyber ogres, i made the mistake of putting them in my cyber deck, get rid of gyroid, he is a stall card but u dont need him. try using 3 submarineroid. cyber esper is ok but i would recommend. u need another proto cyber though. throw in 3 dekoichi the battlechanted locomotive, he helps speed things up. try and get a hold of a jinzo. necro gardna is ok although i wouldnt suggest it.
as far as spells, if your playing in tournaments you cant hav 3 overload, only 1 sry. dont use polymerization, use power bond, ditch D.D. capsule, it really isnt all that good i promise.
you need premature burial, pot of avarice works real nice, i’d like to hav a foolish burial to help me get my cyber in the grave for chimeratech, limiter is always a plus.
with traps gravity bind will kill u with this type of deck, dont use royal decree, traps are good. keep 3 sakuretsu, mirror force(which u cant use in tournaments), use magic cylinder
dont use threatening roar, get a torrential tribute, keep your traps at a number of like 6 or 7, no more.
you need to get more cyber twin and cyber end, and chimeratech if you can, i only hav one at the time and not doing too bad.
