Are you talking about the little blue books? Does your Oregon book have the Heceta Head lighthouse?

These are still available in a few places. They are also listed on ebay occasionally. Some locations that I know have these penny books are the Sea Lion Caves in Florence, Oregon; San Francisco; Enchanted Forest in Salem, Oregon and One Log House in Piercy, California. I have never been able to figure out who manufactures them.

There are a few elongated coin discussion groups on Yahoo Groups. If you join elongatedcoin there may be people who can get some of the books for you (though you should be prepared for a lecture on the evils of PVC -- it can eventually damage your pennies)

You could try a web search of Dansco or Whitman albums to see if they make elongated cent holders.
